Lets make lemons into lemonaid- Trying to replace the cracked exhaust manifold with a dual header turned into an adventure. EVERY SINGLE STUD BROKE OFF in the head when tryign to remove the exhaust. So I removed the head,drilled/tapped all the studs, lapped the valves, installed new seal and a head gasket and got it back up and running. Continue Reading →

Amazing what a little paint will do! Stripped the dash apart, taped off some stuff and spraybombed the dash and doors. Restored the cluster and new knobs are being installed. The end result is a night and day difference!Continue Reading →

My search for an interesting aircleaner for "The Goon" finally closed with this beauty I found on an early 80's F150 while scrounging at the local you-pull-it yard. Cleaned it up and painted it the same color as the dash and I couldnt be happier. Definitely not a common aircleaner on one of these cars and as a plus it will pull slightly cooler air fron that side of the engine instead of straight off the exhause! WINNING!Continue Reading →
